BOOKING CONDITIONS
The World Congress on Advancing Sustainable Hydropower, 29-31 May 2007, Antalya, Turkey is organized by the International Hydropower Association (IHA) with its local agent KUBABA, hereafter referred to as the ‘organizers’.
Registration and Payment
You can register online at www.hydropower.org. At the end of the registration process, an invoice will be generated showing the total cost. A username and password will be emailed to you which you can use to login at anytime to update your details. Registration requires payment by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you are paying by a cheque or bank transfer, please contact the organizers at iha@hydropower.org or by telephone

Venue/Accommodation
The Congress venue is adjacent to the Talya Hotel. Rooms have been reserved at a special rate at the Talya, Marmara and the Cender Hotel. If you prefer a private accommodation arrangement, an additional charge of 300 Euro will be payable. Hotel and Congress registration includes breakfasts, Congress lunches and breaks, plus the Congress evening events. All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of booking.

Participants wishing to cancel reservations must inform IHA Central Office in writing by fax to

Substitution of delegates after a reservation has been made is acceptable before 18 May 2007, after this date an administration fee of 50 Euro will apply.
Liability/Insurance
The organizers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the Congress and its related services including transportation. Participants are strongly advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
The organizers reserve the right to amend any part of the Congress programme or arrangements if necessary.
Passport and Visa Requirements for Turkey
Responsibility of passport and visa lies with the Participants. Please contact your local Turkish Embassy or consulate in time for visa applications. The organizers can send you an official letter of invitation to facilitate your visa application. Please indicate this at the time of registration.
