Deputy Director, Institutional for Water Resources Infrastructure

With an academic background in civil engineering, Pak Abdul Malik holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology, a Master in Civil Engineering from the University of Tokyo and has been a recent Leadership Fellow at the International Water Centre in Brisbane, Australia. Pak Abdul Malik has over 15 years’ experience in working in water resources management for the Indonesian National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS). Currently Pak Abdul Malik is Deputy Director of the Institutional Infrastructure of Water Resources within the Agency and has responsibility, among other things, for managing water resources for the expansion of hydropower capacity in Indonesia.
