Associate Director, Climate Finance Program, Climate Policy Initiative

Angela Falconer is associate director in the Climate Finance program of Climate Policy Initiative, where since joining in 2010, she has been a lead contributor to the Global Landscape of Climate Finance and has led national landscape studies in Indonesia and Côte D’Ivoire, in collaboration with relevant ministries. Angela was heavily involved in CPI’s Indonesia program in its early years, including roles advising the Government of Indonesia on national climate fund design and studies evaluating fiscal policies in the palm oil sector. Through her work with the Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance and the GNIplus consortium, Angela supports the development of innovative climate finance instruments with a focus on forests, sustainable agriculture and water.
