Hohai University

Hohai University is a state key university under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education of China. It has three campuses, covering a total area of 132 hectares.  The University consists of 17 colleges and schools, one state key research center, one state key laboratory, 14 key laboratories and engineering research centers at the ministerial or provincial level.  The faculty and graduates of Hohai University have been extensively involved in the research, design, construction, and management of engineering projects such as the “Yangtze River Three Gorges Project”, the “South-to-North Water Transfer Project”, and “the Yellow River Xiaolangdi Project”.  Hohai University has a student population of over 33,000, including over 9,000 graduate students and more than 20,000 undergraduate students.
