H.E. Elham Ibrahim is the African Union Commissioner for Energy and Infrastructure. Speaking at the 2015 World Hydropower Congress in Beijing, she discusses the challenges in bringing electricity to people across Africa.

She says: "In our continent, the centres where you have a lot of the resources may not be where you have the demand. That's why we have to work on a regional scale."
