HPEE is a biennial forum for professionals in the Hydropower industry which was founded in 1990 as a way to share technical knowledge and experiences.

The philosophy behind this exchange is to tell the whole ‘warts & all’ story and to learn from others’ experiences due to the similar technical challenges that we face. This exchange is recommended for asset owneres and managers, engineers, technicians, operators and project managers.
