DANS Group was established in 2005 with a vision to implement high-quality renewable energy projects that deliver benefits beyond power generation, including meaningful local community development. Headquartered in Gurgaon, India, DANS is committed to developing clean energy solutions with a primary focus on hydropower projects.

The Group currently operates in Sikkim, having successfully developed two hydropower facilities: the 96 MW Jorethang Loop HEP through DANS Energy Pvt. Ltd. and the 97 MW Tashiding HEP through Shiga Energy Pvt. Ltd. Together, these projects contribute 193 MW of clean, renewable energy to India's grid.
