WaterNSW is a state-owned organisation responsible for capturing, storing and delivering water across New South Wales, Australia.  

The company manages 41 major dams and hundreds of waterways - supplying two-thirds of the water used in New South Wales to more than 8 million people.  

Its Renewable Energy and Storage Program is underway - identifying opportunities for long-duration storage, like pumped storage hydropower, to support energy resilience, reduce emissions, put downward pressure on costs for our customers and diversify regional economies.
