Martin Perrier is an accomplished leader in supply chain management and operations, with over two decades of international experience in the energy and aerospace sectors.

Since 2013, he has been with Hydro-Québec in Montréal, where he has held several senior roles in Strategic Sourcing and Operations. In these positions, he was responsible for developing supply chain strategies and negotiating contracts that support the organisation’s long-term objectives. Over the past two years, his focus has been on selecting strategic partners for an ambitious plan to expand existing hydropower capacity by 4 GW.

Prior to joining Hydro-Québec, Martin spent 17 years at Bombardier, including nearly a decade in various leadership positions within Supply Chain, where he played a key role in optimising global supply chain processes and driving performance improvements.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in operations and production management from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
