Hydropower Investor Roundtable
Event description
Supported by the Government of the Republic of Srpska, the 2nd RESENVA - Hydropower Investor Roundtable 2017 takes place on 2 November 2017. The Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining will present 18 available projects with installed power of between 13 MW and 160MW.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska's strategy envisages three different financing models:
- Public funding - with the public sector assuming the dominant role, that is, funding based on the existing accumulation of capital of the mixed holding company and its subsidiaries in combination with credit funds;
- Mixed financing - partnership between the public and the private sector
- Private financing - investment from private companies due to limited financial capacity in the public sector and in order to liberalise the market
