The Grid-Scale Energy Storage Summit is a side event before HydroVision International.

The summit, between 25 June and 26 June, will bring together industry leaders in renewable energy and energy storage markets throughout the world to explore the synergies between pumped storage hydro and renewables, such as wind and solar.

This gathering provides the opportunity for participants to strategise the next steps for working together to benefit both of these markets.

The International Hydropower Association (IHA) will be represented at HydroVision International 2018 by Senior Analyst Bill Girling.

Mr Girling will address the opening session of the Grid-Scale Energy Storage Summit on Monday 25 June 2018 to discuss hydropower’s role in the global energy storage environment.
